  Plus capable de votre annonce qui passe en boucle à la tv au 2 minutes, c'est rendu de l'acharnemen, pour moi c'a aura l'effet contraire ça va plutôt m'éloigner et j'irai plutôt chez vos conçurent!!!

  I usually trade my vehicles every 2 years and I have traded and bought many, many vehicles, but I do have to say that this was one of the more pleasant experiences. The sales person I dealt with, Charles-Olivier Ouellette was one of the most professional sales people I have ever met. He made the entire process absolutely painless. I emailed him numerous times for more information and he always replied the same day. He never kept me waiting. I drove 8 hours to get to Elegance Acura and there were no last-minute surprises. Mr. Ouellette knew I had driven a long distance and as soon as I walked in he offered me a coffee or water. He had the entire process well organized and I did not have to wait around wasting time. Cloe Barbe, Directrice Commerciale, was also very organized. The paperwork was all prepared ahead of time and all I had to do was initial this, sign that and pay for the new vehicle. The process took only minutes. Mr. Ouellette then took me out to the new RDX and showed me the features and explained the electronics to me and I was on my way home - another 8 hour drive. Yes, it was a long day of driving, but when I get ready to trade this RDX in 2 years time I will be contacting Mr. Charles-Olivier Ouellette again. He is very accommodating, pleasant and definitely professional.
